Visa Recommendation Letters @GCCI

GCCI extends its support to members and esteemed business partners undertaking international travel for bona fide business purposes by issuing formal Visa Recommendation Letters.

These letters are issued as an expression of GCCI’s institutional support for eligible applicants and may be presented to the concerned Embassy, High Commission, Consulate, or other competent diplomatic authority in connection with a visa application.

The recommendation serves to affirm the applicant’s professional association with GCCI and the stated purpose of the proposed business visit, thereby supporting their engagement with international markets, business institutions, and prospective partners.

Documents Required

To facilitate the issuance of a Visa Recommendation Letter, applicants are requested to submit the following documents:

Valid Passport
A clear photocopy of the applicant’s valid passport.

Official Invitation Letter
A clear photocopy of the invitation letter issued by the host organization, company, institution, or business entity in the destination country.

Processing & Verification

All requests are subject to review and verification by GCCI. Additional documentation or information may be requested, where deemed necessary, to establish the bona fide nature and purpose of the proposed business visit.

Visa Recommendation Letters are issued at the discretion of GCCI and in accordance with its applicable policies and procedures. The issuance of a recommendation letter does not constitute a guarantee of visa issuance, which remains solely within the jurisdiction and discretion of the concerned Embassy, High Commission, Consulate, or competent authority.
